5 Copy Set - 5 printed plan sets mailed to you. Shipping is included in the price.

CAD Set - For use by design professionals to make substantial changes to your house plan. A link to download the DWG file will be emailed to you upon purchase.

Right-Reading Reverse - Choose this option to reverse your plans and have the text and dimensions readable

Final Touches Package - Provides recommended choices for finishing design elements; ensuring all details of your new home are just right. We provide options for each of the following:

• Garage Doors

Included in each SketchPad Home Plan Set:

• Title Sheet. This page includes a color rendering of your home and a page index of the complete set.

• Detailed Floor Plans. These plans detail the location, dimensions, ceiling heights, and overall details of each room in your home. Window and door sizes are also indicated on the floor plans. Framers and various other contractors use this information for project estimates and to plan work on-site during construction.

• Exterior Elevations. SketchPad gives you front, rear and side elevation views, illustrating exterior materials, details, wall heights, siding and trim details, as well as show recommended door styles.

• Building Construction Details. This section gives your builder a sense of the overall home construction.  Building and/or wall sections depicting heights and call-outs, eave details, roof plans with overhang and pitch notes, and detailing for your exterior doors, window trim, garage doors and, if applicable, to your house style, columns, flower boxes, shutters, and brackets.
